Y Personal Training at the Y is a one-on-one session with a certified fitness trainer who can help you reach your goals of weight loss, toning, cardio respiratory endurance, continuing exercise post-rehab, sports conditioning, efficient movement and mobility, stress management, and more.
Your initial visit includes a review of your health history, lifestyle and goals.
Our new personal training packages are designed to align with your weekly sessions. Packages include 1, 3, 5, or 10 sessions to allow you to select from scheduling time with your trainer once per week, up to three times per week. Planning around your busy life and your health and wellness goals have never been easier!
