• Inside Land Classes are limited to 18 participants, Cycling is limited to 4,  and Water Classes are limited to 30 participants. Members can reserve your spot in advance online or contact the front desk.  Cycling classes can only be reserved 24 hours in advance.  (See the link below for online registration)

  • Participants must be in Multi Purpose room no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of the class.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please note the extra time for check-in at the Front Desk. 

  • You can bring your own yoga mat.

  • Please take the time to read our Guidelines for Group Fitness.
