• Inside Land Classes are limited to 13 participants, Cycling is limited to 4,  and Water Classes are limited to 20 participants. Members can reserve your spot in advance online or contact the front desk. (See the link below for online registration)

  • Participants must be in Multi Purpose room no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of the class.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please note the extra time for check-in at the Front Desk. 

  • You can bring your own yoga mat.

  • Please take the time to read our Guidelines for Group Fitness.

  • Please practice social distancing.

At this time the locker rooms are only available for lap swimmers, water aerobics, SilverSneaker Splash, and open swim participants.
