Starting a new fitness program is challenging, especially when you are unsure how and where to begin and which exercises to perform. Our Fitness Assessment is designed to collect baseline data (cardiovascular endurance, strength and endurance, flexibility, and body measurements and composition), which can be used to guide you to develop fitness goals and training programs, and use as comparison for future fitness assessments.

 

To start your Fitness Assessment, complete our Health History Form and return to our Front Desk and one of our accredited certified personal trainers will contact you with more information and details.

MEET YOUR CERTIFIED TRAINERS
OLIVIA HEWITT

Olivia graduated in 2017 from Hanover College with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology and is a NASM certified personal trainer. She has experience training clients with varying abilities from high school and collegiate athletes to individuals with physical disabilities. Olivia’s passion for wellness stems from her love of sports and while this has helped her find her way in fitness, she highly values the impact that exercise has on everyone, regardless of their history. Olivia believes exercise belongs in the lives of every individual, whether you want to run a marathon, increase your squat and bench, or gain enough flexibility to put on your shoes in the morning, and that each move you make is one step closer to accomplishing your goals.
