FITNESS ASSESSMENT EVALUATION
Starting a new fitness program is challenging, especially when you are unsure how and where to begin and which exercises to perform. Our Fitness Assessment is designed to collect baseline data (cardiovascular endurance, strength and endurance, flexibility, and body measurements and composition), which can be used to guide you to develop fitness goals and training programs, and use as comparison for future fitness assessments.
To start your Fitness Assessment, complete our Health History Form and return to our Front Desk and one of our accredited certified personal trainers will contact you with more information and details.
